摘 要:稳定土厂拌设备粉料供给系统的计量是一种动态连续的计量,国内目前采用的计量方式有容积计量、减量秤称重计量、连续称重计量等形式,其中利用螺旋电子秤连续称重计量的方式在国内外连续式稳定土厂拌设备上得到了广泛的应用,技术相对成熟。针对稳定土厂拌设备粉料供给系统普遍存在的粉料下料不畅,不能均匀供料,计量精度不高等问题,提出利用工业控制计算机来控制粉料量,螺旋给料机和螺旋电子秤连续称重计量的方案,并成功应用于WBS400型稳定土厂拌设备中,取得满意效果。介绍采用该方案的粉料供给系统的结构特点和工作原理。Weight measurement of powder materials in a stabilizing soil mixing plant is a dynamic and continuous measurement while at present those measurements used in China include volumetric measurement, reduced weight measurement, continuous weighing measurement, etc. Among them the electronic screw type continuous weighing system has been widely used in stabilizing soil mixing plants both in China and overseas for its relatively sophisticated technology. Encountering problems existing in housed mixing facilities for powder materials, e.g., retarded flow of feed, uneven feeding, poor measurement precision, etc we put forth an alternative to use an industrial type computer to control feeding rate of the powder materials while using screw feeders and electronic screws for continuous weighing, which has been used in model WBS400 equipment in a stabilizing soil mixing plant with satisfactory results. The introduction includes structural features and working principles of the powder feeding system.
