煤工尘肺患者血清中蛋白参数的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨煤工尘肺患者血清中蛋白相关参数的变化在煤工尘肺患者诊断治疗以及预防中的意义。方法选取某集团公司的煤工尘肺患者111例作为试验组,并选取125例健康检查者作为对照组,测定其血清中蛋白相关参数值,进行统计分析。结果煤工尘肺患者血清中白蛋白含量低于健康对照者血清中白蛋白含量,差异有统计学意义(t=11.61,P<0.01),,煤工尘肺患者血清中球蛋白含量高于健康对照者血清中球蛋白含量,差异有统计学意义(t=10.77,P<0.01)。结论煤工尘肺患者血清中白蛋白和球蛋白含量的变化对煤工尘肺患者的诊断治疗以及预防有一定的参价值。[Objective] To study the value of protein changes of serum among coal workers with pneumoconiosis.[Methods] A total of 111 coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis were selected from A group company as the experimental group,another 125 healthy people were selected as the control group.Their serum samples were collected and the parameters of protein were analyzed statistically.[Results] The levels of serum albumin in the experimental group were lower significantly than that of the control group（t=11.61,P0.01）,and the levels of serum globulin in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group（t=10.77,P0.01）.[Conclusion] Level changes of albumin and globulin may have reference value in diagnosis,treatment and prevention of coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis.
