北京市怀柔区中小学生患成年期疾病的现状

摘　　要：目的了解北京市怀柔区儿童青少年成年期疾病高危学生分布现状,为制定早期预防措施提供依据。方法对怀柔区《2010年全国学生体质健康调研》中7～18岁组1 200名学生的身高、体重、血压等指标进行分析。结果成年期疾病高危学生为274人,占22.8%;其中7、8岁组48人,占17.5%。高危学生中肥胖、血压偏高同时并存的人数为62人,占22.6%。在9～18岁组1 000名学生问卷调查中发现学生上、下学途中步行或自己骑自行车的为65.0%,锻炼时间多于30min的仅为4.4%;认为每周和每天体育课时充足的分别为85.1%、43.2%,高危学生自认为每天体育课时充足的人数多于非高危学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论怀柔区儿童青少年成年期疾病学生高危率较高,应积极预防儿童青少年时期肥胖和血压高值,切实做好成年期疾病的早期预防和控制工作。[Objective] The data of height,weight and blood pressure of 1 200 students aged 7-18 years old collected from the 2010 National students health research of Huairou District were analyzed.[Methods] To understand the distribution of high-risk students of adulthood diseases in children and sdolescents of Huairou district in Beijing,to provide the basis for developing early preventive measures.[Results] There were 274 high-risk students of adulthood diseases,accounting for 22.8%,and 48 students were in 7-8 year-old age group,which accounted for 17.5%.62 students had both risk factors of obesity and high blood pressure,accounting for 22.6%.The questionnaire survey among 1 000 students of 9-18 year-old age group showed that 65.0% of students went to school on foot or riding bike,only 4.4% exercised more than 30 minutes,students who thought the daily and weekly physical education time was sufficient accounted for 85.1% and 43.2% respectively.The number of high-risk students who thought the physical education time was sufficient was significantly more than that of non-risk students（P0.05）.[Conclusion] The high-risk rate of adulthood diseases in children and sdolescents of Huairou District is high.It is necessary to actively prevent the obesity and high blood pressure among children and sdolescents,and implement the early prevention and control of adulthood diseases.
