摘 要:目的:研究超高速计算机断层扫描(ultrafast CT,UFCT)与超声心动描记术(UCG)在左心室容积测定中的关系。方法:采用自身对照的方法,分别测量35例患者的左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)及左心室每搏量(LVSV)。结果:UFCT与UCG在测定左心室容积时有明显的相关性,相关系数分别为r LVEDV=0.890P =0.0001,r LVESV=0.936P =0.0001,r LVSV=0.790P =0.003。UFCT对LVEDV、LVESV的测定值较UCG为大,P =0.018、P =0.001。结论:UFCT与UCG对左心室容积的测定具有相当的统一性,但在评价LVEDV、LVESV时,前者测定值较大。在临床实践中,应根据实际情况选择应用。Objective:To compare the left ventricular volume measured by ultrafast CTUFCT with that measured by ultrasonic cardiographyUCG. Methods:Designed by self control left ventricular end diastolic volumeLVEDV、left ventricular end systolic volumeLVESV and left ventricular stroke volumeLVSV were measured with UFCT and UCG in 35 patients.Results:There was a close correlation between UFCT and UCG in determining left ventricular volume. The correlation coefficients were r LVEDV=0.890P =0.0001,r LVESV=0.936P =0.0001,r LVSV=0.790P =0.003, respectively. The values of of LVEDV and LVESV measurements by UFCT were significantly greater than that of UCGP =0.018,P =0.0001, respectively. Conclusion: There is considerable identity between UFCT and UCG in measuring left ventricular volume. However,the values of LVEDV and LVESV measured by UFCT is often greater. Appropriate method should be chosen in term of actual condition in clinical praction.
