摘　　要：目的 研究老年男性2型糖尿病患者血糖、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与骨钙素的相关性.方法 选择50例男性2型糖尿病患者和50例男性正常对照者,年龄均＞60岁,比较两组间的年龄、身高、体重、血压,检测两组甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、血肌酐、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、糖化血红蛋白以及hs-CRP值并进行比较,分析血清骨钙素水平与各项指标的相关性.结果 骨钙素与老年男性糖尿病患者的空腹血糖和hs-CRP呈显著负相关（均P＜0.01）,与糖化血红蛋白水平呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 血清骨钙素水平与老年男性2型糖尿病患者的血糖、hs-CRP水平相关.深入研究骨钙素与糖代谢、2型糖尿病炎症反应的关系,将可能为2型糖尿病的治疗提供新的靶点.Objective To investigate the correlation of serum osteocalcin levels with blood sugar, c-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Fifty male type 2 diabetic patients aged over 60y were enrolled in the study and 50 healthy male subjects 〉60y served as controls. The age, height, weight, blood pressure and blood triglyc- erides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL）, creatinine, calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, glycated hemoglobin and hs-CRP as well as serum osteocalcin levels were measured and compared between two groups. Correlation analysis of serum osteocalcin level with other measurements was performed. Results The serum osteocalcin levels were negatively correlated with fasting blood sugar, hs-CRP and glycated hemoglobin （P〈0.05 or 0.01） in diabetic patients. Conclusion Serum osteocalcin levels are correlated with blood sugar and hs-CRP level in elderly men with type 2 diabetes, indicating that osteocalcin may be used as a novel target for treatment of type 2 diabetes.
