摘  要:目的:探讨电针对吗啡依赖模型大鼠重要脏器(心脏、肝脏、肾脏)组织细胞凋亡及Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用递增法皮下注射吗啡建立大鼠吗啡依赖模型,采用HE染色技术、TUNEL法和免疫组化技术检测大鼠不同脏器组织的细胞凋亡及Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达水平。结果:电针组大鼠较模型组、手针组重要脏器组织病理改变明显减轻,TUNEL阳性细胞率显著降低,Bcl-2值显著升高,Bax值显著降低。结论:电针能有效的抑制吗啡依赖致心脏、肝脏、肾脏组织的细胞凋亡,是治疗躯体并发疾病的可能机制。Objective: To explore the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on apoptosis of important internal organs (heart,liver and kidney) and the expression of related protein Bcl -2, Bax in rats with Morphine dependence. Methods:The rat model of Morphine dependence was made by subcutaneous injection of increasing doses of morphine. HE staining technique, TUNEL method and Immunohistoehemistry technique were used to examine apoptosis of important internal organs and the expression of related protein Bel - 2, Bax. Results: In comparison with model group and manual acupuncture group, the pathologic changes of important organs in EA group de- creased more significantly, the percentage of TUNEL- positive cells decreased more markedly, the value of Bcl -2 increased more markedly and Bax decreased more markedly. Conclusion:EA can effectively cause the inhibition of apoptosis of heart,liver and kidney induced by Morphine dependence, which may be the mechanism that EA treats the eomplicatication induced by Morphine.
