辨证治疗2型糖尿病兼西北燥证疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】验证西北燥症经验方药对2型糖尿病兼西北燥证患者的治疗,在采取西医降糖治疗的基础上,结合中医辩证论治的方法分析临床疗效。【方法】运用临床流行病学方法,设治疗组、对照组两组,治疗组施以西北燥证经验方药治疗,两组均予西医常规降糖药治疗。【结果】两组分级疗效比较,显效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组显效率高于对照组;总有效率,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率高于对照组,提示西北燥证经验方药对兼病型西北燥证有明显治疗作用。治疗前,两组西北燥证证情积分之间差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01),经积分差值协方差分析比较,两组存在显著差别(P<0.01),治疗组调整后差值大于对照组,治疗组疗效好,能较好地改善新疆地区2型糖尿病兼西北燥证患者临床症状。【结论】因地制宜,使用西北燥证经验方药,行滋阴润燥、益气养阴、化痰除湿、活血通络等法,以除燥平消,充分发挥了中医药整体调治的功效,改善了2型糖尿病患者机体的内环境。[Objective] To verify the Northwest dryness syndrome experience herbs on the treatment of type 2 diabetes NDS patients, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory of governance in the adoption of Western medicine hypoglycemic treatment on the basis of analysis of clinical efficacy. [Methods] Clinical use of epidemiological methods to set up the treatment group and control group, two groups, the treatment group received the NDS experience Recipe treatment groups were treated with conventional Western hypoglycemic agents. [Results] The two sets of classification efficacy, the remarkable efficiency, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）, treatment group was higher than that in the control group; the total efficiency, the difference was also statistically significant （P 〈0.0l）, treatment The total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, suggesting that the NDS experience Recipe Chief disease NDS significant treatment effect. Before treatment, the difference between the two sets of Northwest dryness card, love points was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）, by points difference covariance analysis, the two groups there is a difference significant difference （P 〈0.01）, adjusted treatment group than the control group, treatment group, can improve the clinical symptoms of the Xinjiang region, type 2 diabetes and NDS patients. [Conclusion] adapted to local conditions, the use of the NDS experience Recipe Ziyin Runzao OK, Qi Yin, phlegm dehumidification, huoxuetongluo such as law, in addition to dry Pingxian, give full play to modulating the efficacy of Chinese medicine as a whole, improved type 2 diabetic patients the body＇s internal environment, clinical obtain satisfactory results
