摘　　要：【目的】探讨CT对胰腺囊性肿瘤的诊断价值。【方法】回顾分析14例经手术病理证实的胰腺囊性肿瘤资料,总结其影像学表现。【结果】浆液性囊腺瘤4例,病灶较小,囊内有分隔,强化时呈蜂窝状,中心瘢痕为其特征性表现,无壁结节。粘液性囊性肿瘤8例,囊性肿块较大,肿块平均直径超过10 cm,可由较厚的纤维壁分隔成多房囊肿。其中黏液性囊腺肿瘤5例边界清楚,无壁结节;而黏液性囊腺癌3例浸润周围组织,边界不清,可见壁结节。实性假乳头状瘤2例边界清晰,有较厚包膜,囊性成分与实性成分构成比例不一,实性部分逐步强化。【结论】CT对胰腺囊性肿瘤具有高度敏感性,不同病变有一定的特征性表现,对术前诊断有一定的价值。[Objective] To investigate the diagnostic value of CT in cystic neoplasms of the pancreas . [Method] Retrospectively analysed of 14 cases confirmed by operation and pathology of cystic tumors of the pancreas, summarizes its imaging manifestations. [Result] Among 14 cases, 4 cases were serous cystadenoma, the mass was small. There was septation in the cyst, alveolar in shape during intensification, with characteristic central scar, no wall nodule. 8 cases were mucinous cystic neoplasm. The cystic mass was larger, mean diameter of mass was larger than 10 cm and maybe sparated by thicker fibers wall into multilocular cyst. Among them, 5 cases were well circumscribed wall nodules. 3 cases were mucinous cystadenoma with infiltration to surrounding tissue. Boundary not clear but with visible wall nodule. There were 2 cases of solid pseudopapillary tumor, with clear boundary and thick capsule, no difinite ratio between cystic and solid component, the solid portion enhanced progressively. [Conclusion] In the diagnsis of pancreatic cystic tumor CT has a high degree for sensitivity of different lesions, with certain characteristics, and with certain value for preoperative diagnosis.
