摘 要:【目的】探讨目标管理方法对门诊采血工作的影响效果。【方法】将在门诊采血的4 288患者随机分为对照组2 144例和观察组2 144例。对照组采用常规采血方法;观察组在常规采血方法的基础上采用目标管理方法,观察比较两组患者一针穿刺成功率、实施心理护理及健康教育率、采血并发症发生率和差错发生率、采血平均时间、患者满意度。【结果】观察组一针穿刺成功率、实施心理护理及健康教育率、采血并发症发生率和差错发生率、采血平均时间、患者满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】目标管理方法能提高一针穿刺成功率、提高实施心理护理及健康教育率、提高患者满意度,降低采血并发症发生率和差错发生率,减少采血平均时间,同时提高了门诊采血服务质量。[ Objective] To explore the use of objective management methods in blood collection in outpatient clinic. [ Method] A total of 4 288 patients blood collection in outpatient clinic were randomly divided into control group(2 144)and experimental group(2 144). Traditional methods were adopted in control group, objective management methods were adopted in experimental group. Success rate, execution rate of health education,the rate of complication,the rate of mistake, average time and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. [Results] There were significant differences in success rate,execution rate of health education ,the rate of complication,the rate of mistake , average time, degree of satisfaction(P〈 0.05). [Conclusion ]The objective management methods could enhance the success rate, the execution rate of health education,degree of satisfaction and reduce the rate of complication,the rate of mistake and average time, at the same time it has improved serve quality of blood collectionin outpatient clinic.
