摘  要:为了延长还原罐的使用寿命,降低硅热法镁冶金工业的生产成本,本文对传统圆形横置还原罐进行结构改进,提出顶部加肋还原罐,并采用ABAQUS软件对改进前后还原罐的蠕变变形进行数值模拟。通过对蠕变位移的对比分析,结果表明在相同的使用时间内,所设计的加肋罐强度较高、蠕变变形较小,还原罐的使用寿命延长。In order to prolong the service life of reduction jars and reduce the production cost in the silicothermic process of magnesium metallurgical indus-try, the structure of the horizontal Mg - reduction jar is improved in this paper,where the reduction jar with rib at the top is designed, and the creep deform-ations of the jars are simulated by ABAQUS software. Through the comparison of the traditional jar with the improved jar in the creep displacement, it is found that the intensity and the creep displacement of the improved jar are higher and smaller than those of the traditional jar in the same service period, so that the service life of the improved jar is prolonged.
