摘　　要：江淮汽车与纳威司达经过多年的合作长跑,终于在2010年9月签署《发动机合资项目》协议,这一合作成果对全球商用车市场都有一定的影响,对于迫切在国际市场巩固实力的这2家商用车企业而言,进一步深入合作是双方共赢的绝佳选择。During Auto China 2012,JAC and Navistar Inc.held a signing ceremony on April 24,2012 to ink the <Memorandum of Intent for Further Cooperation on Various Projects>.The speed-up of the cooperation between JAC and Navistar Inc.indicated apparently that the two sides had already established all-round strategic cooperation relations.
