摘  要:随着我国经济和社会的飞速发展,沿海地区建设用地与农业用地矛盾日益加剧,填海造陆已成为解决这一矛盾的有效途径。该文结合国内外围海造地经验和现状,简要介绍了农业用地和建设用地两类填海造地的施工工艺,分析了劈山填海造陆和吹填造陆两种造陆方式的填料配置、填筑工艺、环境效应与成本控制等。人造陆域地基软弱,承载力不足,易产生较大的沉降或不均匀沉降,在填海造陆工程设计中应充分考虑后续软基处理工艺以有效控制项目总成本。填海造地在为经济发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也给海洋生态环境带来重大影响,产生潜在的地质灾害,因此在填海造陆中需要重点关注软土地基、整体稳定和地下水等三方面的工程地质问题。As our country's economy and society development rapidly, the contradiction between construction land and agricultural land in coastal areas is growing, which could be solved effectively by the way of sea rec- lamation. Combined with experience and present situation of reclamation at home and abroad, the thesis intro- duces briefly the construction technologies of two different kinds of sea reclamation, which are agricultural land and construction land, and analyzes reclaimed material configuration, filling technology, environmental effect and cost control of two ways of sea reclamation, by quarrying rockfill material and by pumping filling. Because of the weak foundation and insufficient bearing capacity, it's easy to see that the larger settlement or differential settlement appears in artificial land. We should consider fully about the treatment technologies of subsequent soft foundation in sea reclamation engineering in order to control the total cost effectively. While sea reclamation has made great contribution to the economic development, it also has a severe influence on ecological environ- ment, which could lead to potential geological disasters. So we should pay more attention to three engineering geological problems which are soft foundation, overall stability and underground water.
