福建省实现消除碘缺乏病目标省级考评结果分析

摘　　要：目的全面评估福建省县级消除碘缺乏病目标完成情况。方法每个设区市随机抽取1个县(市、区),按照《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》进行评估。结果抽查的9个县(市、区)管理指标考评分值均在80分以上(平均89.7分),尿碘中位数142.8～271.2μg/L,居民合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上。全省已有81个县(市、区)达到"消除碘缺乏病目标县"(96.4%)。结论福建省已如期实现《全国重点地方病防治规划(2004-2010年)》制定的目标。Objective To evaluate the completion of achieving the goal of eliminating IDD at the county level in Fujian.Methods One county was randomly selected in every city.The goal was evaluated according to＂The evaluation scheme for achieving the goal of eliminating IDD at the county level＂.Results The scores of 9 counties were all above 80 in management（mean=89.7）.The median of urine iodine was from 142.8 to 271.2 μg/L.The coverage rates of household qualified iodized salt were above 90%.Totally 81 counties achieved the goal of eliminating IDD in Fujian（96.4%）.Conclusions Fujian has achieved the goal of national key endemic diseases control on time.
