断拇再植280例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　分析总结 2 80例断拇再植的经验。方法　 1981～ 1998年 ,采用顺行法、逆行法、血管神经肌腱移位、小静脉移植、吻合指掌侧浅静脉、移位再植等方法再植断拇 2 80例 2 84指。结果　成活 2 71指 ,失败 13指 ,成活率 95 1%。随访 12 0例 ,功能恢复满意。结论　拇指功能极为重要 ,离断的拇指应千方百计予以再植 ,应根据不同伤情 ,选择适宜的手术方法。Objective To analysis the experience of 280 cases with replantation of severed thumb Methods From 1981, one of following procedures i e conventional,retrograde,transposition of blood vessel、nerve and tendon,transplantation of small veins,and thumb graft,was operated on 280 cases with 284 severed thumbs Results Among 280 cases with 284 severed thumb,271 thumbs were success(95 1%),13 thumbs failure (4 9%) Eighty eight cases wered followed-up, the function recovery of were excellent and good Conclusion The function of thumb is important The severed thumb should be replanted by all means with suitable operating methods to do best according to injured conditions
