摘　　要：本文在界定产业资本与金融资本融合的内涵基础上,尝试通过制度变迁分析框架探讨产融结合模式的历史演进,并归纳分析各阶段产融结合模式的特征,进而探讨了产融结合发展的规律特点,最后提出了产融结合模式演进历程对我国推动产融结合的启示。Based on the definition of intension of financial and industrial capital combination （ FICC ） , the authors attempt to study the evolution of FICC mode with an institutional framework and conclude its main features during different stage in this paper. The authors probe into the rules and features of FICC development and put forward some implications for pushing ahead our FICC from its evolution.
