摘　　要：如何提升大学生的就业力以应对日益严峻的就业形势成为高校面临的一个重大课题。心理健康教育课程因其教学目标与内容与大学生就业力密切相关,对于提升大学生就业力有着重要的作用,因此,心理健康教育课程应该将提升大学生就业力确定为教学目标,在教学内容上更重视大学生职业生涯规划教育,在教学方法上采用更多样化的教学手段以促进大学生就业力的全面提升。A major issue that universities face is how to improve the employability of the students so as to meet the growing severe employment situation. Mental health education course plays an important role in promoting their employability because its teaching objectives and contents are closely related to such ability. Therefore, the promotion of this ability should be identified as its teaching objective. It is essential to pay more attention to their career planning education in the teaching contents and use more diversified means in teaching methods so as to promote their employability comprehensively
