摘　　要：目的分析医务工作者的健康状况,提出有效的健康保健干预措施。方法对2011年1月1日-2011年2月28日在某三甲医院体检中心进行健康体检的2150例的在职医务工作者的健康资料进行回顾性分析。结果主要在超重、肥胖、乳腺增生、血脂异常、子宫肌瘤及疑子宫肌瘤、脂肪肝及血压高等方面存在不同程度的健康问题。结论医务工作者的健康状况不容乐观。健康体检有利于早期发现疾病,避免延误治疗。所以定期健康体检,加强健康教育,提高自我保健意识是十分必要的。Objectives This article analyzes health situation of medical staffs putting forward effective healthcare intervention countermeasures.Methods It has retrospective analysis on health materials of 2150 working medical staffs who have health physical examination in a class-A and tertiary physical examination center from Jan 1 2011 to Feb 28 2011.Results This material shows that medical staffs mainly has health problems like overweight,fat,proliferation of mammary gland,abnormal blood fat,hysteromyoma,doubting-hysteromyoma,fatty liver and hypertension.Conclusions The non-optimistic health situation of medical staffs needs to be valued.Health physical examination are benefit to discover disease at the earlier stage for avoiding delayed treatment.Therefore,it is inevitable to have regular physical examination,health education strengthening and improvement self-healthcare consciousness.
