摘　　要：目的:为带管患者提供规范的、统一质量标准的导管维护。方法:建立PICC门诊,严格人员的培训、考核及准入,严格执行PICC相关制度和流程。结果:PICC门诊的导管维护方便院内院外置管病人,有助于PICC导管维护得到规范化管理,降低静脉输液风险。结论:成立PICC门诊,促进了PICC的规范管理和专业化发展,值得推广。Objective： To provide standardized, unified standarized catheter maintenance for outpatients with canal. Methods： After PICC outpatient department was established, rigorous staff training, examination and admission were employed. On the other hand, PICC system and process were implemented strictly. Result： The catheter maintenance in clinic is convenient for outpatients, contribute to PICC standard catheter maintenance. Conclusion： Establishment of PICC clinic can improve the security of transfusion, and promote the professionaldevelopment of PICC.
