摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应室人员职业危害与防护进展。方法:对近年来影响消毒供应室人员职业危害相关因素及防护进展进行总结。结果:通过职业安全防护知识和标准预防教育,可增强供应室人员自身防护意识,有效地减少职业危害因素对人体的伤害。结论:制定并落实各项工作制度,减少造成职业危害的各种因素,增强自我保护意识,是加强职业安全防护,确保消毒供应室人员身体健康的关键。Objective： To investigate the occupational hazards and the improvement of protection of the staff in sterile supply section. Methods： summarize the relevant elements, the factors that affect the occupational hazards towards staff in the sterile supply department, and the betterment of protection. Results： through the schooling of the knowledge and standards of occupational safety prevention, we can enhance the self-protection awar ness of the staff and effectively reduce the harm of occupational risk factors on the human body. Conclusion： Forming and implementing all working systems, reducing the various factors that cause occupational hazards, and enhancing self-protection awareness, is the key to strengthening the protection of occupational safety and to ensuring the health of the staff in the sterile supply segment.
