摘  要:目的 探讨安多霖对微波辐射所致生殖损伤是否具有预防作用.方法 75只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、辐射组、0.75 g/kg/d、1.5 g/kg/d和3 g/kg/d安多霖预防组,动物于辐射前14 d连续给予安多霖后经30 mW/cm2微波全身辐射,于辐射后6 h、7 d和14 d,应用精子动态分析系统和光镜检测附睾精子运动参数及精子畸形率的改变.结果 30 mW/cm2微波辐射后7 d和14 d,(A+B)级精子比例均显著减少,而C级或(和)D级精子比例明显增加,精子活力参数VCL、VSL、VAP、BCF和运动方式参数LIN、WOB、ALH明显下降,精子畸形率于辐射后6 h~14 d明显升高.预防性给予0.75 g/kg/d安多霖上述指标呈改善趋势;1.5 g/kg/d和3 g/kg/d安多霖可明显降低精子畸形率(7 d和6 h~14 d)、C级或(和)D级精子比例(14 d和7 d~14 d),明显增加精子VCL、VSL、VAP、BCF(14 d).结论 一定剂量安多霖对微波辐射所致大鼠精子参数异常改变具有较明显预防作用.Objective To explore whether there was a prophylactic role of Anduolin on reproduction injury induced by microwave radiation in rats. Methods Seventy five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a normal control group, a radiation control group, and three Anduolin groups ( with doses of 0.75 g/kg/d, 1.5 g/kg/d, and 3 g/kg/d, respectively). Rats received 30mW/cm2microwave radiation after continuous intragastric administration of Anduolin for 14 days. Changes of sperm movement parameters and teratospermia ratio in the epididymis of rats were detected by sperm dynamic analysis system and light microscope at 6 h, 7 d and 14 d after radiation. Results There was a significant decrease in ( A + B) grade sperm ratio, and an increase in C grade or/and D grade sperm ratio at 7 d and 14 d after 30 mW/ cm2 microwave radiation. Sperm vitality parameters including VCL, VSL, VAP, BCF, and movement mode parameters including LIN, WOB, ALH decreased, but teratospermia ratio increased from 6 h to 14 d after radiation. There was a tendency of improvement in the above-mentioned indexes after administration of 0.75 g/kg/d of Anduolin; teratospermia ratio (at 7 d or 6 h-14 d) and C grade or/and D grade sperm ratio (at 14 d or7 d-14 d) decreased; sperm parameters including VCL, VSL, VAP, BCF (at 14 d) increased after administration of Adnuolin at doses of 1. 5 g/kg/d and 3 g/kg/d. Conclusian A certain dosage of Anduolin has a prophylactic role in protecting sperms from damage induced by microwave radiation in the epididymis of rats.
