摘　　要：对第 2、3层Switching技术进行了综合回顾 ,其中主要对Layer 3Switch ing技术中的IPSwitching技术的原理、实现机制和特征进行了归纳总结 ,对目前的研究热点即Layer 4Switching的原理、特点和存在的问题也进行了说明 ,并阐述了Switching技术的发展趋势。This paper presents a comprehensive retrospection of Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switching technology, among which it mostly deals with the principle,implementation mechanism and feature of Layer 3 Switching technology—IP Switching. Furthermore, it states the principle,characteristic and some issues of Layer 4 Switching, currently a hotspot scheme of switching technology. Also the developing trend of switching technology is briefly given in the end of the paper.
