用“B&G System”检测肾小球滤过率的临床对比研究

摘  要:目的:探讨数字化智能检测分析系统("B&G System")检测肾小球滤过率(GFR)的临床价值。方法:随机选择肾内科近两年213例患者,按肾功能分为正常组与异常组,分别用"B&G System"、99mTc-DTPA清除率测定GFR(B&G-GFR、Tc-GFR),用Cockcroft-Gault公式估算CCr(CG-CCr),同时采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清肌酐(SCr)、胱抑素C(CysC);所得数据进行相关分析与对比研究。结果:两组B&G-GFR分别与Tc-GFR、CCr均呈显著正相关,与SCr、CysC呈显著负相关(P值均<0.05),B&G-GFR与Tc-GFR无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:"B&G System"检测GFR准确、简便、快速、安全、廉价。Objective: To discuss the clinical value of determining glomerular filtration rate (GFR) by the " B&G System". Meth- ods :213 hospitalized patients were selected randomly, divided into normal group and chronic renal failure group. GFRs were determined by the " B&G System" ( B&G - GFR) and the clearance rate of 99mTc- DTPA (To - GFR) , and CCr was estimated by Cockcroft - Gault formula. Simultaneously the serum creatinine(SCr) and Cystatin C (Cys C)were determined. All the results were compared, and correlation analysis was done for the data what obtained. Results: B&G- GFR of both groups was positively correlated with Tc - GFR and CCr. While negatively correlated with SCr and Cys C( all P〈 0.05). B&G - GFR of both groups showed no significant difference with Tc - GFR( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Using "B&G System" to analsis GFR was an accurate and simple and celerity and safe and cheap method ,and it should apply and popularize clinically.
