以低频听力下降为主的突发性耳聋30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以低频听力下降为主的突发性耳聋发病情况及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析近两年收治的30例以低频听力下降为主的突发性耳聋患者发病情况、检查结果及治疗效果,将疗效分为痊愈、显效、有效和无效。治疗前后进行纯音听力检测。结果 30例以低频听力下降为主的突发性耳聋患者,女性发病比男性多,年龄以30～50岁占2/3,左耳较右耳发病多,10例发病前有感冒、劳累史;24例伴发有耳鸣症状。经过治疗的29例患者总的治疗有效率86.2%,其中女性患者的治疗总有效率94.73%,男性患者的治疗总有效率70%。就诊及时的治疗效果较好,有22例耳鸣症状消失。结论以低频听力下降为主的突发性耳聋以女性发病较多,如及时治疗可以获得满意疗效,且女性患者治疗有效率高。Objective To discuss the prevalence situation and therapeutic efficacy of sudden hearing loss basically due to low frequencies hearing loss.Methods The attack situations,examination results and therapeutic effects of 30 cases of sudden hearing loss basically due to the low frequencies hearing loss were analyzed retrospectively.The curative effect was evaluated with recovered,marked effect,effective and no effect.The pure tone tests were carried out before and after treatment.Results In this study,female was more than male,2/3 of them were aged from 30 to 50 years old;the morbidity of the left ears were more than the right ones;10 cases were with the history of catching a cold or overwork;24 cases were with tinnitus.29 cases received the treatment and the effective rate 86.2%,in which the total effective rate of female patients was 94.73%,and male patients was 70%.The early diagnosis leaded to a good therapeutic effect.The tinnitus symptoms disappeared in 22 cases.Conclusion Women are with a higher incidence of sudden hearing loss due to the low frequencies hearing loss.The timely diagnosis and treatment will achieve a satisfying result,especially in female patients.
