五味甘露药浴颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察五味甘露药浴颗粒对类风湿关节炎患者临床及实验室指标的影响,并评价其安全性。方法采用随机对照方法将120例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组使用五味甘露药浴颗粒,对照组使用"洗腿方",两组均以正清风痛宁片(60 mg/次,3次/d)为基础治疗。结果治疗组与对照组在总体疗效上比较,其ACR20、ACR50要明显优于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义;治疗后临床指标改善程度治疗组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组有5例、对照组6例出现不良反应,停药后2周内不良反应均消失。结论五味甘露颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎安全有效,能有效改善患者的实验室指标和生活质量。Objective To observed the effects of Wuweiganlu particles dipping on the clinical and Laboratory parameters in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods By using randomized controlled, 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were random- ly divided into the treatment group and control group（ n = 60）. The treatment group received the Wuweiganlu particles dipping, while the control group received the ＂ Xitui fang＂. In addition, Qingfengtongning tablet were administrated to both groups. Results ACR20 and ACRSO and other clinical indicators in the treatment group were obviously improved as compared to the control group, and the difference was significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. 5 cases in the treatment group and 6 cases in the control group were with adverse reactions which disappeared in 2 weeks after the drug withdrawal. Conclusion Wuweiganlu particle dipping is safety and efficacy for the rheumatoid arthritis, the treatment can improve the quality of life of patients and laboratory parameters.
