丹灯通脑软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹灯通脑软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将187例原发性高血脂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(n=98)给予丹灯通脑软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组(n=89)给予单独使用阿托伐他汀治疗,4周为1个疗程,比较1个疗程后,两组的血脂水平变化情况及疗效。结果治疗后两组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组的总有效率(97.96%)明显高于对照组(80.90%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用丹灯通脑软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血脂疗效确切,具有临床推广的意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Dandengtongnao capsule combined with Atorvastatin for hyperlipidemia.Methods One hundred and eighty seven patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group（TG） and control group（CG）.The TG（n=98） was treated with both Dandengtongnao capsule and atorvastatin together,while CG（n=89） only with atorvastatin.A course of the treatment was 4 weeks,and the comparison was carried out after 1 course to check the difference of curative effects and changes of blood fat level between TG and CG.Results According to comparison of the index（TG,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C）,the effect of TG was better than CG obviously,and the difference was statistical significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of TG（97.96%） was much higher than that of CG（80.80%） and the difference was statistical significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Dandengtongnao capsule combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia had exact effects.This method has the popularization significance in clinic.
