再造供应室下收下送流程 落实感染控制及优质服务

摘　　要：目的通过控制下收下送清洁、污染物品、收送人员、收送环境、物品装载方式、严格区分清洁、污染转运工具,实现杜绝各种污染及交叉感染发生,同时根据临床内、外科,门诊、病房使用物品时间不同,改革下收下送时间,保障供应,保证满足临床需求。方法消毒供应中心开展箱式密闭转运,从物品收送、人员分工、岗位职责、运送工具方面做了调整,增加了下收下送工具,改革了下收下送时间及方式。结果消毒供应中心通过专人、专物、专车严格控制了人员、物品、工具之间交叉污染;通过信息化接收、配送、供应,保证了各方数据一致,无出入;临床根据需要提出申请,供应室根据需要保障供应,杜绝了浪费,赢得了满意。结论供应室下收下送流程、环节、质量控制100%合格,感染控制合格率100%,临床科室满意率96%～98%。下收下送工作是有效地预防、控制医院感染的一项重要工作,消毒供应中心管理必需规范化、标准化。Objective The center of the disinfects supply realized eradicate completely various pollution and cross infection with controlling the bottom received and sending sweep pollution product, personnel for accept and send, accept to send environ- ment,the product way,strict distinction to sweep,pollution transport tool. At the same time,reform the receive and send time ac- cording to useing product different for time of chnical inside, surgery, the out-patient service, sickroom to guarante supply clinical need. Methods The center of the disinfects supply develop a box of type closeness transport,the appurtenance article accepted to send, personnel＇ s division of labour, post job, adjuste delivering tool,increase under receive to send tool, reform under receive to send time and way. Results The center of disinfects supply controlled personnel, product and tool to cross a pollution pass specially assigned,particularly the thing, special car strictly;passed information-based received, went together with to send, sup- plied, promised everyone＇ s data consistent, had no discrepancy;which was clinical according to needing to put forward an applica- tion, supplied room according to needing to guarantee a supply, eradicated completely waste, earned a satisfaction： Conclusion The center of disinfects supply was 100% qualified, the infection controls qualified led to 100%, the clinical section room satis- faction led 96% ＋ 2%. Next receive to send work was a prevention available ,was a key job of controlling hospital infection;disinfect management in the supply center must be normalized and standardized.
