摘　　要：研究了掺铜氧化铁陶瓷的负阻特性，并从相结构入手，探讨了负阻机理，分析了该类材料在一定温区内呈现负阻性能的原因。The negative resistance characters of resistance Fe2O3 doped with CuO was studied. The negative resistance mechanism was inquired into according to phase structure. In addition, the reason which this kind of material assumes negative resistance characters within temperature range was analyzed.
