摘 要:通过水溶液聚合方法合成出一种既具有絮凝剂絮凝效果又具有表面活性剂疏水效果的两亲聚合物型助滤剂,并通过红外分析和核磁共振分析对其进行表征。合成的助滤剂应用于湿法磷酸的过滤系统中,具有良好的助滤效果,实验结果表明过滤速度由0.2519 L/(m2.s)增加到1.4577 L/(m2.s),滤饼水分由34.12%减小到24.12%。通过扫描电镜图片和比表面积的测定研究了助滤剂对滤饼结构的影响。结果发现,滤饼孔隙率由9.40%增大到23.31%,滤饼的比表面积由18.32 cm2/g增大到45.64 cm2/g。An amphiphilic polymer based filter aid is synthesized by co-polymerization, which exhibit both flocculation as flocculant and hydrophobic interaction as surfactant. The chemical structure is characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance. When the filter aid is added into the phosphoric acid slurry, the filtration rate of phosphoric acid slurry is increased from 0. 2519 L/( m2·s) to 1. 4577 L/( m2·s) and the mass of Hz O is decreased from 34. 12% to 24. 12%. In addition,the effect of the filter on the structure of filter cake is investigated by Scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and the analysis of specific surface area. The results show that, the porosity is increased from 9.40% to 23.31% and specific surface area is increased from 18. 32 cm2/g to 45.64 cm2/g when the filter aid is added into the phosphoric acid slurry.
