大连市宾馆酒店空调通风系统卫生状况调查

摘　　要：目的掌握宾馆酒店业空调系统卫生状况本底资料。方法随机抽取大连市5星级宾馆和酒店运行2年以上的空调系统,测定每套空调系统送风PM10、送风管内表面、冷却水,检测空调送风和风管内表面卫生指标及嗜肺军团菌的含量。结果在9家宾馆酒店9套空调系统中,卫生指标均合格的1套,合格率2.22%;45份空调送风的PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为100%、80.0%、81.11%;200份风管内表面的细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为93.33%、83.22%;5份冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率为0%;空调送风未检出溶血性链球菌。结论空调系统的风管内表面和空调送风系统检出致病菌,污染严重,必须加强清洗消毒和卫生管理。Objective To master the basic data of air conditioning systems in hotels. Methods We used random sampling method to select the air conditioning systems from the hotels which had been operating f or more than 2 years in over-5-star hotels. Determination of each air supply systems of PM10, blast pipe inner surface, cooling water, detection of air conditioning and air duct inner surface of health indicators and Legionella pneumophila content. Results The 9 sets of air-conditioning system, Health indicators all qualified for only one set of air conditioning system.The qualified rate is 2.22%; 45air conditioning PM10, total bacteria, fungi total qualified rate is respectively 100%, 80%, 81.11%; The 200 air duct inner surface of the total number of bacteria, fungi total qualified rate respectively is 93.33%, 83.22%; 5 cooling water of LegioneUa pneumophila detection rate of 0%; air conditioning not detected hemolytic streptococcus. Conclusions Air conditioning system inner surface of the tube and the air conditioning system in detection of pathogenic bacteria, polintion is serious, we must strengthen the cleaning and sanitation management.
