摘  要:目的探讨经颅多普勒超声与彩色多普勒超声在诊断椎基底动脉供血不足中的对比。方法选取2011年3月至2012年2月诊治的符合入选标准椎基底动脉供血不足患者83例,同期进行体检健康人群为健康组50例,进行经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)检测。结果对椎基底动脉供血不足组83例,健康组50例进行彩色多普勒超声检测血管及血流参数比较P<0.05,有显著差异性。彩色多普勒超声灵敏度91.56%,经颅多普勒超声灵敏度65.06%。结论对于椎-基底动脉供血不足超声检测中,能够将经颅多普勒超声和彩色多普勒超声进行联合诊断,对颅外椎动脉、颅内椎-基底动脉相互结合进行全面观察,增加了诊断的正确性,避免了单一检查的片面性。Objective To investigate the transcranial Doppler ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency compared. Methods March 2011 February 2012 met the inclusion diagnosis and treatment of the standard vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency in patients with 83 cases, the same period in healthy people undergo a medical examination for the healthy group 50 cases, transeranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) , color Doppler imaging (CDFI) detection. Results 83 cases of vertebrobasilar insufficiency group, the healthy group 50 cases, color Doppler ultrasound blood vessels and blood flow parameters (P 〈0. 05 ). Color Doppler ultrasound sensitivity of 91.56% , transcranial Doppler ultrasound sensitivity of 65.06%. Conclusion Ultrasonic testing of vertebral artery insufficiency, the ability to transcranial Doppler ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound for joint diagnosis, combined with each other to carry out a comprehen- sive observation of the extracranial vertebral artery, intracranial vertebral-basilar artery, an increasediagnostic accuracy, to avoid one-sidedness of a single check.
