润燥止痒胶囊联合维A酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究润燥止痒胶囊联合维A酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法 76例寻常痤疮门诊患者随机分成2组,治疗组38例,口服润燥止痒胶囊,2 g/次,3次/d,同时每晚外用0.025%维A酸乳膏,对照组38例,仅每晚外用0.025%维A酸乳膏,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为86.84%,对照组为65.79%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.66,P<0.05)。治疗组有3例,对照组有4例出现轻度皮肤刺激症状,未影响治疗。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合维A酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮安全有效,具有较好的协同作用。Objective Study curative effect of Runzaozhiyang Capsule combined with Tretinoin Cream to treat aene vulgaris. Methods 76 outpatients with aene vulgaris were randomized into treatment group and control group. The 38 patients in treatment group took 2 g Runzaozhiyang Capsules three times every day and applied Tretinoin Cream every night. The 38 patients in eontrol group applied the same Tretinoin Cream as the treatment group. Both the treatment and the control group received 4 weeks＇ treatment. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 86. 84%, the control group 65. 79%. There was a significant difference between the two group （X2= 4. 66,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Three patients in treatment group and four patients in control group had mild skin irritation. The treatment were not affected by the side effects. Conclusion Runzaozhiyang Capsule combined with Tretinoin Cream cooperates well and treats aene vulgaris effectively and safely.
