摘　　要：目的筛查东莞城区0～3岁易患肺炎、腹泻儿童的贫血状况,了解这些儿童缺铁性贫血与感染性疾病的关系,探讨简便易行的防治方法。方法随机对城区0～3岁儿童(易患肺炎、腹泻)240例进行缺铁性贫血调查分析及防治。结果血红蛋白35%,缺铁性贫血有85人,指导合理膳食,并由硫酸亚铁颗粒防治。结论缺铁性贫血儿童易患肺炎、腹泻等感染性疾病,定期儿童保健及合理干预,对防治儿童感染性疾病有积极的效果。Objective Screening in Dongguan City O -3 year old susceptible to pneumonia, diarrhea in children with anemia, understanding of these children iron deficiency anemia and infection diseases, simple control method discussion. Methods Random on urban 0 - 3 years old children （ susceptible to pneumonia, diarrhea） was performed in 240 cases of iron deficiency anemia survey analysis and prevention. Results HB 35% , iron deficiency anemia with One, reasonable dietary guidance, and by ferrous sulfate granules in preven- ting and treating. Conclusion Iron deficiency anemia of children susceptible to pneumonia, diarrhea and other infectious diseases, regular child care and reasonable intervention, on the prevention and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases have a positive effect.
