地佐辛复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地佐辛复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜术的镇痛效果,评价其可行性及应用价值。方法:选择86例无痛胃镜术择期患者,随机分为例数相等的观察组与对照组,观察组采用地佐辛复合异丙酚进行麻醉,对照组采用异丙酚进行麻醉,对两组的苏醒时间、并发症、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行比较及统计学分析,观察组间是否存在统计学差异。结果:联用地佐辛复合异丙酚的观察组苏醒时间较短,镇痛效果更佳,且并发症明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛复合异丙酚用于无痛胃镜术,具有镇痛效果理想,安全可靠的特点。Objective：To observe with Michael essien to compound propofol painless gastroscope art for the analgesic effect of,to evaluate its feasibility and application value.Method：Choose 86 cases with elective surgery painlessly patients were randomly divided into observation of equal number with a control group,the observation group to assist with Michael essien composite propofol anesthesia,the control group using propofol anesthesia,two groups of patients to the resurgence of the time,complications,pain visual analog scale（VAS）to compare and statistics analysis,between the observation group whether there exist significant differences.Results：The league land with Michael essien composite propofol observation groups of patients waking time is short,the analgesic effect is better,and complications obviously less than the control group,a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：To assist Michael essien composite propofol used to painless gastroscope art,has the ideal analgesic effect,safe and reliable,the characteristics of clinical application is worth.
