摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室外来器械的管理方法。方法:对手术室外来器械进行规范化管理,包括器械的准入、验收、清洗、包装、灭菌、核对、交接等。结果:对外来手术器械规范化管理后,保证了内植入物及器械的质量,杜绝器械备错、丢失等现象,降低了手术切口感染率,保证医疗安全。结论:在实际工作中,该套管理办法对外来内植入物器械的管理切实可行。Objective：To investigate the methods of management of external surgical in- struments in the operating room. Methods： The external surgical instruments in the operating room were managed standardized ineluding access, inspection, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, checking and handover. Results ： Standardized management of the external surgical instruments ensure the quality of implants and instruments, eliminate the wrong and loss equipment, reduce the infection rate of surgical wound and ensure medical safety. Conclusions：In practical work, the ways were feasible and could be extended of the methods of management of external surgical instruments in the operating room.
