摘 要:上海AC03型轨道交通地铁车辆由法国阿尔斯通供货,该车辆辅助逆变器采用的是三菱公司定制的双单元3 300 V/400 A高压IPM模块。该车辆运营已十余年,目前IPM模块故障较多,且无备品备件提供,这将严重影响车辆的投运率。文章首先分析了辅助逆变器的工作原理与其脉宽调制控制方法,对其进行Matlab仿真建模。在此基础上,采用通用高压IGBT替代IPM模块的技术工作,相关试验验证了国产化替代研究方案的可行性。The auxiliary inverter of Shanghai AC03 - type 3 300 V/400 A high power IPM modules, which are customized metro train supplied by ALSTOM comprises the dual products of the Mitsubishi Corporation. After running for over ten years, a large number of IPM modules broke down, which will influence the metro system because of no available substitutions. Firstly, this paper analyzed the working principle and the corresponding pulse width modulation method of auxiliary inverter. The inverter model was built and simulated on the platform of Matlab. The domestic research of general purpose high voltage IGBT module substitution of IPM module was elaborated. Some experiments were carried out and the results clarify the validity of the scheme.
