摘  要:为了解决广大偏远山区气象灾害预警信息接收的"盲区"和供电困难的问题,提出一种基于Nios Ⅱ和"北斗"一代的气象灾害预警信息接收终端设计方案。采用Altera公司Cyclone系列的EP1C12Q240和一体化的"北斗"一代射频单收芯片RNC2410,有效降低了终端的成本、体积与功耗。同时利用Nios Ⅱ软核处理器,通过软件设计实现终端正确接收预警信息和报警。该方法已成功运用于山区洪灾与泥石流频发地区预警信息的接收。Based on Nios II and Beidou first generation system, a meteorological disaster warning information receiving terminal design scheme is proposed to deal with problems of receiving early-warning information in the majority of remote mountain where information receiving blind spot exists and power supply is difficult. By adopting F^A EP1C12Q240 and RNC2410 RF chip, the cost,size and power consmnption of the warning information re- ceiving temfinal hardware are reduced. At the same time,by using Nios II soft-core processor,this terminal can realize correct receiving early - warning information and alarm through software design. This method has been successfully applied in receiving early-warning information in mountain floods and debris flow- prone areas.
