摘 要:利用空气分级燃烧技术对某电厂600 MW机组四角切圆燃烧锅炉进行了低NOx燃烧改造,对改造前后的NOx排放浓度进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,通过低NOx燃烧改造,锅炉NOx排放浓度明显下降,在机组负荷大于350 MW时,锅炉NOx排放浓度降低接近50%。调整试验结果表明,SOFA风量、辅助风风门开度、二次风箱与炉膛差压等对NOx排放影响较大。Five air-staged and low NOx combustion technology, in a 600 MW tangential firing boiler was researched. The comparison of nitrogen oxide emission concentration before and after the reformation was analyzed. The results show that the NOx emission concentration of boiler was reduced obviously. The NOx emission concentration was reduced about 50% when the unit load was over 350 MW. The results of the operation adjustment test show that the SOFA air flow, auxiliary air damper opening, secondary air box and furnace differential pressure have larger influence on NOx emission.
