摘 要:目前我国300 MW级循环流化床锅炉机组已经投运40台,在建和拟建的300 MW循环流化床锅炉机组超过70台。为了分析我国大型循环流化床锅炉机组的运行状况,调查了我国300 MW循环流化床锅炉机组3 a的运行数据,对机组的可靠性、经济性以及环保性作了全面的总结与分析,并与同等级的煤粉锅炉机组进行比较,分析结果有助于了解已投运机组的整体运行状况,有关的运行数据也可为今后更大型循环流化床机组的优化设计以及运行调整提供参考,甚至对我国循环流化床技术在今后的发展提供一定的指导作用。There are 40 circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler units in operation in China and more than 70 CFB boiler units in building of to be built. In order In analyze tile peformances of large-scale domestic CFB boiler units, the operation data of 300 MW CFB boiler units for 3 years in China were investigated and analyzed. The reliability, economy and environmental protection of tile CFB boiler units were sununarized, analyzed and compared with 300 MW pulverized-coal fied boiler. The results of the analysis can provide a support for understanding the overall operating eonditions of CFH boiler units in China. The operation data can also provide references for the optimization design and operation adjustment of larger-seale CFB boiler units in the future, and can provide guidance for the future development of domestic CFB technology.
