摘 要:汽轮发电机组油膜失稳是现场常见的振动故障,一旦发生将产生严重的后果。通过分析油膜失稳故障案例,总结故障发生的主要原因有外界扰动过大、轴承标高不当、轴承间隙不适、轴承型式不当和润滑油温过低,分析了低频振动频率、振幅变化与运行参数关系及其他相关特征,给出故障处理措施。根据分析结果,提出了油膜失稳故障诊断的依据和预防油膜失稳故障的措施,为汽轮发电机组安全运行提供技术参考与借鉴。Oil film instability of turbine generator was a common failure which has serious consequence. By analyzing the oil-film instability cases, the reasons were summarized, such as the large external disturbance, unsuitable bearing elevation, unsuitable bearing clearance, unsuitable bearing type and too low lubrication oil temperature. The relations between the low frequency vibration frequency, amplitude change and operation parameters and other related features were analyzed. According to the analysis, the measures and the basis for fault diagnosis of the oil-film instability were proposed, which can provide a technical references for the safe operation of the units.
