摘　　要：电力调度交换网是调度系统的重要组成部分。文章分析了电力调度交换系统现状,并指出以硬件交换方式为主的电力调度交换系统已无法满足智能电网的发展需求。通过对软交换系统功能和网络结构的介绍,文章重点分析了调度软交换网络建设方法,并对不同组网方式进行了分析。最后,总结了调度软交换系统对实际工作具有指导作用。Dispatching exchange system is an important part of power dispatching system. This paper first analyzes the current dispatching exchange system and points out that, with the development of the smart grid, the traditional hardswitch cannot meet the demand of the power dispatching system. Thus it is necessary to introduce the soft-switch technology. The function and the structure of the soft-switch technology are then discussed and the construction method is also presented in the paper. Finally, it concludes that soft-switch system is very useful in guiding the practical work.
