摘  要:文章基于网络分层思想,提出电力通信网络的综合评价模型,该模型把网络分为业务层、网络层和网元层。业务层指标分为信息透明度、时间透明度和可用度;网络层和网元层指标分为完备性、可靠性和可扩展性,并分别针对具体网络给出了指标细则。该指标体系可用于光缆网、传输网、数据网等多种类型的电力通信网络的量化评价和网络优化,具有较强的普适性。This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model of electric power communication network, which is based on network hierarchical thought. The model divides the network into the service layer, network layer, and element layer. Service layer evaluates the network in the aspect of service performance including the transparency of information, transparency of time, and availability. Network layer and element layer evaluate the network in the aspect of completeness, reliability, and extensibility. A network specified indicator system is given, which can be widely used for quantitative evaluation and network optimization of electric optical-fiber networks, transmission networks, and data networks.
