摘　　要：基于塑料纱管是纺织机械配套使用的重要辅件,在纺织工业装备产业化升级中占有十分重要的地位,以细纱管为主要对象,以传统细纱管为基础,重点针对其与锭子配合方面易出现的质量问题进行了深入研究,介绍了特殊介质细纱管的设计原理与技术优势以及薄壁管、尖头型细纱管的设计与应用,分析其加工工艺、原理、材质和使用状况;通过技术创新和自主研发,提出了新的解决方案,对提高成纱质量、使用使命和工作效率具有重要的应用价值。Considering the fact that the plastic tube is one of the important accessories in the textile machinery in the upgrading process of the industry, sampling the spinning tube based on the conventional product, highlight is given to the comprehensive development of the configuration problem with the spindle. Introduction is made to the design element and tech-edge of the spinning tube with special medium,also to the development and application of the tube with thin wall and needle end. Analysis is done to the manufacturing process,element,material and aplication situation of the above-said product. New solution is given to the problem,which is important to spinning quality upgrading, service life prolongning and work efficiency.
