摘　　要：为了提高生条和成纱质量,分析了纺纱原料特性对梳理配置的要求,重点对比了进口格拉夫公司针布与国产金轮针布及金轮针布与国内某厂针布的配置调整对生条和成纱质量的影响并绘制出相应曲线,分析了生条质量提高的原因。指出:不同原料纤维对生条质量影响较大,其特性不同对梳理配置的要求也不同;虽然提高针布梳理度与针布配置密切相关,但其与针布状态、上车工艺、车间温湿度的关系也应重视;应进行多组试验,并对其结果进行跟踪,以确定最佳针布配置。合理配置针布是提高生条和成纱质量的保证。In order to increase the qulity of the card sliver and the resultant yarn,analysis is done to the requirement of the material of spinning on the card configuration. Highlight is given to the configuration adjustment on the card sliver and the resultant yarn from the card clothings made from Graf company overseas and Geron company domestically,and the products from Geron company and some unknown company. Some curves are given. Analysis is done to the cause of the quality upgrading of card sliver. Conclusion is made that different fibers have different impact on the card sliver quality, thus need different configuration. Although upgrading the carding ability is close to the configuration of the card clothing, the card clothing status and the operation condition, the humiture in the workshop are equally important. Multi group tests the test results tracing are necessary for the optimization of the card clothing configuration. Proper configuration of card clothing is important in increase the quality of the card sliver and the resultant yarn.
