摘　　要：介绍了YJ200-142型弹簧加压摇架的结构特点、安装调整以及日常管理和维护保养,说明该摇架采用铰链夹紧式结构固定,使之更加可靠、稳定,符合设备使用要求;采用顶销与阶梯座组合的压力调节装置,更加方便、直观、精确,调节范围更广,适应多种纤维纺纱;上下罗拉的平行度为不可调节式,调整摇架工作高度更加简单、方便;指出该摇架是一种拥有多项自主知识产权、受高新技术专利保护的新型摇架,具有较好前景。Introduction is done to the structural advantages,installation adjustment of the spring pressurized cradle YJ200-142 in addition of the daily maintenance and management. It proves that the cradle is more stable and reliable by means of gemel clamp in conformity with the equipment requirement. It is more easy, visual, precise,of wide regulation by the application of the pressure adjustment devise integrated with the top pin and the cascading base. It is of wide application in multi fiber spinning. The parallel degree of the top roller and the bottom roller is of non-adjustment,making easy and simple the work height of the cradle. Conclusion is made that the cradle is of varieties of proprietary intellectual property rights protected as the hi-tech patent,thus with good foreground.
