摘　　要：循环经济的法律概念是循环经济立法中的最基本问题,决定着我国循环经济立法的成败。在综合各学科知识的情况下,对循环经济及其相关概念进行厘清,实现观念上的理解和把握。继而在考察、分析、评价现有立法中循环经济的法律概念基础上,重新界定循环经济的法律概念,以使循环经济的立法更加科学和统一,并为循环经济及其法制研究的进一步开展提供对话平台。The legal concept of circular economy is the most basic question in circular economy legislation because it determines the success or failure of China＇ s circular economy legislation. In the case of comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines, circular economy and its related concepts are clarified to understand and grasp the concept. Based on ex- amination, analysis, evaluation of the law concept of circular economy in the existing legislation, the author redefines the legal concept of circular economy, so that the circular economy legislation is more scientific and unified, and a dialogue platform is made for the further development of circular economy and its legal research.
