摘 要:以二氧化硅粉为无机粉料,玻璃粉为粘合剂,通过改变组分配比,实现了对陶瓷支撑体热膨胀系数的调节,从而使支撑体与表层硅基裂解膜热膨胀系数保持一致,以防止在高温条件下膜的龟裂.同时,通过调节无机粉料及成孔剂等组分粒径的大小及其分布,控制陶瓷支撑体的孔结构.制备出孔结构、强度,以及热膨胀系数等多方面,满足要求的多孔陶瓷支撑体.The heat expansion coefficient of ceramic support was regulated by changing the compounding ratio of powerdered silica as inorganic component and powerdered glass as binder. On consequence, the heat expansion coeffocoemts of the support and pyrolysis silicon based membrane on surface layer are almost tile same, which prevents the crack of membrane caused by high temperature. Also by changing powerder size and pore size as well as the distribution of the components such as inorganic powder and pore-forming agent can get the pore constitution of caramic support under control. In this way a porous ceramic support is prepared, which meets the requirement in respect of pore constitution, strength and heat expasion coefficients, ets.
