冠状动脉内脐血干细胞移植对冠心病患者室性心律失常的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉内脐血干细胞移植对冠心病患者室性心律失常的影响。方法选择40例冠状动脉造影证实为多支血管弥漫病变的冠心病患者,随机分为药物治疗组(对照组)和干细胞移植组(实验组),实验组在常规内科药物治疗基础上行冠状动脉内脐血干细胞移植,于移植前及移植后1周、8周行动态心电图检查,并行心律失常评分。结果实验组移植后1周、8周心律失常评分明显低于移植前及对照组(P<0.05、0.01),移植后8周心律失常评分较1周时降低(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉内脐血干细胞移植可降低心律失常评分,减少室性心律失常的发生。Objective To investigate the transplantation on ventricular arrhythmia. Methods coronary arteriongraphy were divided into medicinal experimental group. Dynamic electrocardiogram was effect of intra-coronary artery cord blood stem cell Forty coronary artery disease patients determined by treatment control group and stem cell transplantation done before and at 1, 8 weeks after transplantation. Result The arrhythmia scores at 1, 8 weeks after transplantation were significantly lower than that in control group and before transplantation （ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion Intra-coronary artery cord blood stem cell transplantation may reduce arrhythmia score and the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia.
