摘 要:分析了大型化肥装置气化炉渣油进料泵原系统存在的问题,介绍西门子变频器在大型化肥装置气化炉渣油进料泵变频节能改造中的应用情况,对比发现,该变频装置节能效果显著,机泵故障率大幅降低,从而实现了电动机、泵类设备的经济运行,提高了化肥装置生产过程的安全性和可靠性,是石油化工等高能耗行业挖潜改造、节能降耗的有效途径。Analysis was made to the existing problems in the original system of large fertilizer gasifier residual oil pump. Introduc- tion was made to the commercial use of Siemens inverter in the reform of frequency conversion and energy saving of large fertil- izer gasifier residual oil pump. It was found that the inverter gasifier could save energy in the front rank, which greatly reduced the malfunction rate of machine and pumps, so as to realize the economic operation of motors and pumps, raising security and reliability in fertilizer production process. It is the efficient path for potential digging of high energy consumption industry like petrochemical processing, as well as energy saving and damage reduction.
