海西路面治安防控体系创新研究

摘　　要：福建省公安机关以保障和服务海西经济建设、促进社会和谐稳定为己任,积极探索治安防控新模式,提升了海西社会治安防控的能力和水平。针对当前海西路面治安的新形势,海西路面治安防控体系要在信息共享、指挥调度、反应机制以及路面治安管理队伍建设等方面进行加强和创新,进一步确保海西经济跨越式发展。The public security organs of Fujian Province took guaranteeing and servicing for econom- ic construction of the Western Strait Economic Zone, improving social harmony and stability as their re- sponsibility, actively explored new mode of prevention and control to enhance the ability and level of the social security protection and control in the Western Strait Economic Zone. Aiming at the new situation of the road security in the Western Strait Economic Zone, the prevention and control system of the road security in the Western Strait Economic Zone should be strengthened and innovated in information share, command and control, the reaction mechanism and management team foundation of the road se- curity to ensure the great-leap-forward development of the Western Strait Economic Zone.
