摘　　要：城市规划公共决策是城市规划作为一项公共政策的制定和实施过程。在决策理论基础上,本文通过对国内外城市规划公共决策的研究现状进行梳理和比较,对研究的差异性及研究重点领域等相关问题进行评论和总结,拟对我国城市规划公共决策发展提出建议。The public decision-making is taken as the process of formulation and implementation of urban planning as a public policy. On the basis of decision-making theories, this paper reviews the domestic and international literature in this field, and summarizes and comments on the disparities and priorities of different researches. This paper intends to provide constructive suggestions to China＇s public decision-making of urban planning.
